Rory O’Dwyer started Copper Kettle Farm in 2018 after apprenticing on organic farms for years. The farm also grows medicinal and trendy herbs including Tulsi & Peppermint, St. John’s Wort, Nettles, Calendula, Dandelion, Ashwaganda, Chamomile, Sage, Motherwort, Lemon Balm & more. Rory plans to expand the farm with fresh summer berries including Raspberries, Blackberries, Elderberries, and Blueberries.
